  • Consent and Agreement

  • It is our understanding, as a host of Sports Crusaders Camp, that we have the following responsibilities and obligations:

    • Promoting camps to reach as many kids as possible with the focus of un-reached kids of the community
    • Provide housing and meals for staff team from camp start to end date
    • Provide adequate facilities and equipment as needed for hosted camp
    • See that all parents/campers read and sign:
      • Medical and liability release form
      • Image release form
    • Gird Camps in prayer and ask affiliated church to join us
    • Camp Attendance Limits:
      • All camps have a 50 kid/youth limit. 
      • Additional campers cost $40 per camper
    • Pay deposit to secure camp date
    • Remit remaining payment before camp start date

  • Payment

  • A $650 deposit per sport will be due with the host agreement when scheduling camp.

    The remaining balance will be due NO LATER THAN 2 weeks after final invoice is received. We will mail the final invoice once we finalize your camp dates.

  • Our camp dates are filled on a first come first served basis. You will have 15 days from the application date for us to receive your payment, or your requested dates may not be held.
