Cost Breakdown
Food
Approximately 5-10% of the camp cost is allocated to meals for our team members, with an average expenditure of $15 per meal per counselor.
Housing
Housing represents our most significant expense. We budget around $100 per night per person. For a five-day camp and a one-day tournament requiring accommodations for three camp staff and eight tournament staff, the costs can quickly add up.
Counselor Compensation
Our camp counselors are highly skilled, dedicated Christians who generously give their time and talents. To ensure they can provide for their families while serving, we compensate them for each day they spend at the camp.
- For DNOW and single-day camps, no housing fees are required due to the nature of these short-term events.
- Our Premium Camp offers a truly unparalleled experience, where we elevate the event by bringing in a professional motivational speaker. This includes covering the speaker’s fees and related expenses to ensure an inspiring and impactful camp.
- Please note that any significant travel expenses, such as flights or extended driving distances, will be added to the total cost.

Teaming up with streamers and content creators, we extend our outreach into the digital realm, sponsoring channels that integrate gaming with faith. This partnership aims to use the vast reach of the internet to spread the gospel creatively and compellingly, connecting with the gaming community right where they are.

We’re not just excited about events, we’re also excited to continue those connections well into the future. That’s why we’ve created a Discord server and community online where all the people we meet and play. We might not be physically together, but we can meet digitally, play together, pray together, have bible studies, and do life together!
